What is Talking Points?
Talking Points are for Warrington residents to access face-to-face information and guidance about the issues that matter to them. Talking Points are designed to be easily accessible within the community, with sessions now established in Birchwood, Penketh, the town centre and Latchford.

What can Talking Points help with?
- Connecting with local groups and activities
- Transport and travel
- Loneliness/social isolation
- Housing support
- Lifestyle support
- Access to food/temporary shopping support
- Energy support
- Employment opportunities
- Cost of living support
- Mobility and adaptations advice
- Accessing community activities
- Volunteering opportunities
Members of the Talking Point team don’t come from one particular organisation or profession, so they can support residents on a range of things to help them to live well in Warrington.
If the Talking Point team don’t know the answer, they will continue to work with the individual to find an answer, or connect them to somebody who can help.
